It is really beautiful and it was such an adventure exploring
it with him. We ran and ran and ran. There are so many trees that Jangles
couldn't keep up the production of wee to water them all!
We were really good and no one found any "bad things"
in the house - mum says we are "street angels".
We also went for drives around the area and there were lots
of new animals with babies that were even bigger than Huggy Bear. Mum
called them "fools" -(well it sounded like that!) - we thought
you shouldn't call anyone bad names like that even if they are not as
smart as you!

| This is Coco's house when you first arrive. |
This is looking over the rose garden to the front gate.
It is very impressive, BUT you don't want to get too close to the
roses - they have sharp thorns that can hurt! |
| Jangles and Coco playing chasings in from of the house
where we slept. It is REALLY old and is made from ironbark slabs!
Dad said that it was quite rare. |
This is the view of the "guesthouse" and the
old General Store. In front is a great Pepper Tree. |
| This old General Store is going to be restored - hopefully
with the help of the Local Council Heritage people. |
This is another house - where Coco's dad works - or
will work! |
| This is the driveway from the main house - all the sheds
are "really cute" - timber slad! |
Coco's had an outside dining room - this is like one
of those really expensive restaurants where you can eat "al fresco".
Actually I think they ate outside so we wouldn't do anything bad in
the house!!! |
| They have their own swimming pool. Coco's goes swimming
almost every day. I didn't swim - I might get dirty. Jangles managed
to get dirty without swimming!! |
This view makes the house look like a true "farm
house" - very country! |
| Coco has to share this big fan with the cows. The cows
come right up close so they can get cool and I had to go over and
tell them that they couldn't come in the gate to the house garden.
They understood! |
The house has lots of really weird things like this
funny bicycle - it would be very hard to ride because the back wheel
is really little. |
| This tree sometimes looks like a "cocky tree"
- it can get full of Sulphus Crested Cockatoos. |
This is Mount Kerrabee from the front gate. |
| The Guesthouse and General Store with the rose garden
in front. |
Right in thecentre of this picture is Kerrabee Homestead.
It is in the middle of the trees - a green oasis. This picture was
taken from the watertank on the hill overlooking the house. |
| Does this look "country" or what??? |
The back of the house. There are lots of fruit trees
there and also herbs and vegetables as well as flowers. |
| Coco and I, just chilling out! |
Coco - master of all he surveys! |
| This is Lofty - Coco's friend from next door - he ALMOST
lives with them. He is really nice. |
Jangles and Lofty. |
The Local Area
| A horse stud in the Upper Hunter. |
One of the little "fools" - drinking from
its mother! |
| This is a horse Stud so that must be a horse fan. But
apparently all the studs also have cattle - so it may actually be
for the cattle. |
Another little "fool" - he looks quite alert
and not at all stupid. Mothers can be cruel! |
| Some more horses at the Widden Stud. |
Scenery in the Widden Valley. |
| More horses at Widden Stud. |
More beautiful scenery in the Widden Valley. |
| Yet more beauty! |
And more again! |
| I think this was Holbrooke Stud. |
Mother and child are obviously doing well! |
